About the Reno Air Races...
On an annual basis, our unit takes a trip to the state of Nevada to the Reno Air Races to experience aviation first hand. The cadets have the opportunity to explore military aircraft and take an up-close look at the aircraft that take part in the racing portion of the event. Cadets have the opportunity to explore STEM careers in the activities tent at the entrance of the races.
